A full refund will be given if any of the following occurs:

• The tickets do not arrive in time for the event.
• The event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
Note: If the event is not cancelled, but rescheduled the tickets purchased will not be refunded, but will be valid for entry on the new date.
• Tickets received are not the the correct tickets. If you believe that you have been sent the wrong tickets, please contact us immediately. Do not dispose of the tickets received as you may be required to ship the incorrect tickets back for a refund.
Note: In rare circumstances exact tickets purchased become unavailable due to more than one person purchasing a specific set of tickets at the same time. In these cases tickets of equal or greater value may given as a substituation. No refund will be given if this is the case.
• You are denied entry at the venue due to invalid tickets.
Note: This is extremely rare, with it happening to less than xx% of purchases, but please contact us immediately if this occurs and we will help to rectify the situation.
